By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Information

We aim to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund any amount paid.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
  • If a price is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Payment is due when you place your order. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Orders and Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a product being out of stock. If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • The 14 days start on the day you, or a person you name, receive the goods. If several items are delivered separately, the 14 days start when you receive the last item.
  • To withdraw, email contact@aistorelabs.com with a clear statement of your decision. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you don't have to.
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by [you / us].
  • We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to refund until we receive the goods back, or until you show proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
  • We refund using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.
  • You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what's needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods that spoil quickly, or sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons. [Remove or adjust to match your products.]

8. Legal Guarantee

All products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers in the EU, starting from delivery. If a product is defective or not as described when delivered, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If that's not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or refund. To make a claim, email contact@aistorelabs.com with your order number and a description of the problem. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with how the website works.
  • Upload viruses or other harmful code.
  • Copy, scrape, or reuse website content without our written permission.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone has used your account without your permission.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you post reviews or other content, you confirm that it is your own, honest, and lawful. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on our website and in our marketing channels. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, belongs to Aplics BV (AI StoreLabs) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

13. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as loss of profit or data.
  • Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

The website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier problems, or government action.

17. Complaints and Disputes

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be handled by the competent Belgian courts. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring proceedings there.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
