Use case

Longer switch-to-server NDR runs

Use the 5 m 03NV640 to link a QM9700 to two GPU servers fitted with ConnectX-7 MCX75310AAS-NEAT adapters when they sit further from the switch. It keeps the run on copper where a passive MCP7Y00 splitter will not reach.

A twin-port OSFP plugs into the switch and splits into two OSFP connectors, each carrying 400G NDR for 800 Gbit/s total over 5 m of active copper (ACC). Lenovo 03NV640 is equivalent to NVIDIA MCA7J60-N005.
