Use case

In-Network Computing for AI and HPC

NVIDIA's ConnectX-7 InfiniBand engines offload collective operations, MPI tag matching and All-to-All, with hardware congestion control and out-of-order RDMA for adaptive routing, so cluster traffic spends less time on the CPU.

Integration

Half-height card, riding-heatsink OSFP cage

The card measures 68.90 x 167.65 mm and ships with the tall bracket fitted and a short bracket in the box. NVIDIA states that ConnectX-7 OSFP cards support a riding-heatsink (RHS) cage only. Install it in a slot that supplies the power and airflow NVIDIA specifies.
